The work that's being done for billing and for Throne of Destiny requires a number of cleanups to low-level game code. Many of you remember srand and Zyrca commenting on how "messy" the game code is. To allow the ToD team to do their work on the graphics update, the UI update, and other tasks, it's necessary to clean this up.
