City Of Heroes: Upcoming Power Changes

Greetings, City of Heroes fans! The Uncanny "Geko" has posted a short list of some power changes coming down the pipe on the official boards...

*Increased the buff radius of Fulcrum Shift.
*Increase the Duration of Fulcrum Shift buff by 50%.
*Reduced Recharge Time for Blaster/Voltaic Sentinel from 120 to 60 seconds (Defender version was already 60 seconds).
*Fixed Duration for Defender/Radiation Blast/Aim (should now be 10 seconds like all other Aim powers).
*Increased KnockDOWN Chance of Ice Slick, Ice Patch and Blizzard.
*Reduced the chance for Outcast Stone Minion Stone Fist to Disorient.
*Swapped Outcast/Shocker Lt and Boss (Hurricane and Lightning Field).
*Reduced the Endurance Cost and Recharge Time of Tar Patch and Quicksand. Increased the effectiveness of their Slow effect.
*Reduced the Recharge Debuff effect of Granite Armor.
*Fixed (Extended) the duration of Mez protection for Medicine/Stimulant.
*Fixed (Extended) the duration of Mez protection for Burn.
*Fixed (Reduced) END Cost of Icicles and Mud Pots.
*Fixed (Increased) Hamidon Heal and Travel Enhancements.
*More fixes to ensure scrappers critical against villain pets.
*Fixed Spines/Ripper system chat message. System chat reported Ripper did smashing damage, but it really does Lethal.
*Fixed short help for Elude (it still said it was a toggle when it is a Click power now).
*Improved Scrapper/Martial Arts/Eagles Claw attack animation.
*Fixed Totem Collision.
