City Of Heroes: Power guru geko strikes again: Analysis of Blizzard!

Greetings, City of Heroes fans! Geko is at it again with thoughts on upcoming changes for the Blizzard power. Here's a bite:

I have seen that there are a few threads concerning Blizzard. So I did some more playtesting and data analysis of Blizzard that I wanted to share.

Blizzard does the highest damage in the game for any single power, albeit, it is a slow DoT. A comparable power is something like Nova Blast. Both are the last power in the Blaster sets.
