City Of Heroes: XP Bumps in Test?

A hint of things to come? Maybe just rumor control? Here's what Valdermic had to say:

I was there in the days of the xp bump in beta. The Dev team, QA, and CS are always looking for ways to make the Test Server more useful and more populated. Keep an eye on the boards/webpage for future information.

p.s. I am NOT saying we are going to bump XP. What I'm saying is that we are always exploring options to increase Test Server population.
