Ibn sends word of some upcoming server downtimes due to new hardware as well as early rumblings of the new billing system:

Tuesday September 28, 5:30AM - 1:30PM PDT
We will bring Frostfell, Thistledown, Leafcull, and Solclaim down to migrate the game databases to new hardware. All worlds will be brought down at 5:30AM but will be migrated sequentially in the order listed above. When each world is completed, it will be brought back online.

During this time we will also be preparing these four worlds for the upcoming launch of Turbine's billing and authentication system.
