City Of Heroes: Lord Recluse on CoV Beta!

Greetings, City of Heroes fans! Lord Recluse lurked about the boards today and posted a quickie regarding beta testing for the upcoming, City of Villains.

Yes, a beta test is planned. I can't say when (because we are way to early for that) and I can't say how people would be selected (because I'm not in charge of that -- pls don't PM me asking to get into the beta! ).
