What our tool does is list/view all the file IDs in a portal or cell dat file in an explorer style interface. It has the ability to export any ID to a binary file. It also has the ability to replace any ID with larger, smaller, or the same size files. There is also the ability to convert images into the ac formats. It can also export the landblocks in the cell.dat file to a bmp for each type of info there is for the landblock heightmap, landtype, vegetation, roads. Along with the ability to import that bmp back into the cell.dat overwritting the old landblocks. Note: Changing height values of landscape prevents movement on retail servers.

So far all we have is a few screenshots until they clean up the interface however it is enough to make one start to think just how awesome Throne of Destiny could be.
