We recognize that the downtime players experienced last night while executing the hotfix was a much longer server maintenance period than we had anticipated. We also realize that the mandatory download players experienced was an added inconvenience. To express our gratitude for the community’s patience during this time, we have provided a one-time free day of playtime for all players. We appreciate everyone's continued patience and understanding.
