PlayOnline Technical Difficulties (Oct. 4): Follow-Up 2

As many of you are already aware, we are currently experiencing difficulties with the PlayOnline service which cause some users to become disconnected from FINAL FANTASY XI and PlayOnline. We have determined that the cause was linked to some of ours servers.

We have been able to resolve the issue such that it should not affect normal play at this point. However, we are still continuing our investigation into the matter, and final recovery work is in progress. We will post more information if the situation changes.

*Since disconnection can be a result of individual connection environments, we ask that you check your individual connection settings first.
