PlayOnline Technical Difficulties (Oct. 6): Follow-Up 3

We have experienced difficulties with the PlayOnline service that disconnected some users from FINAL FANTASY XI and PlayOnline. This issue is no longer occurring, and usual play may continue for PlayOnline, Tetra Master, and FINAL FANTASY XI.

However, we are still continuing our investigation into the matter, and our technicians have concluded that a more long-term analysis is required. We are currently monitoring our servers to ensure that they remain fully functional.

There will be further news item on this issue as any new information develops. We apologize for any inconvenience.
