Asherons Call: Character Transfers

There's some speculation and chatter about the possibility of being able to transfer characters between accounts, and more chat on transferring characters between servers....

But interestingly here's what Ibn had to say:

OK, there are two completely different issues here.

#1: Transfer characters between accounts. World doesn't change.

-- This is pretty obviously a good thing to be able to do.

#2: Transfer characters between worlds, whether or not the account changes.

-- MANY more issues here. Namespace conflicts, housing, whether or not we should allow transfer to Darktide, etc.

We're currently in favor of #1 pending the tech to do it. #2 is MUCH trickier.
