City Of Heroes: Geko's Take on Outcasts, the Hollows and Trolls...Oh My!

Greetings, City of Heroes fans! In response to a thread posted about Outcasts being too boring, geko, Cryptic Studios Games Designer (aka The Green Leezard Machine!), had this to say:

Did anyone notice that the outcast still have elemental attacks and trolls still have their super strength attacks after level 10?

The Hollows have been too hard. I know that many of our veterans know how to handle themselves. However, new players faced against the type and number of attacks the outcasts and trolls had at levels 5-10 really don't have the skill or the powers to counteract thugs of this caliber. Yes they were cool, but it proved to be too hard. Newbies were just not prepared to deal with them.

So the Trolls and the Outcasts will gain new powers at higher levels. By level 10 or 11, they will start to open up more powers and challenges, and by players will have more skill and defenses to deal with them.
