Asherons Call: Abuse of +Admin Powers -- Or Photoshop Creativity?

In a recent thread, StormClaw points out two swords on Darktide that have apparently been tinkered by an +Admin character. Does this mean that an +Admin is abusing his/her powers and tinkering items with his/her +Admin account, which possesses near god-like stats and skills. Or, is this simply someone having a little fun with Photoshop?
