Star Wars Galaxies: Weekly Wednesday Beta Update #26

Today is wednesday, and you know what that means - Beta update! Woo-hoo! In this week's beta update, Q-3P0 explains to us what is going on behind the scenes (or should I say donuts :D). Also, it seems that the beta testers will soon be able to leave the desert planet of Tatooine and head to the forest planet of Naboo! The game is making its way to release, folks (3 more months >.<)! Once again, Q-3P0 gave us some patch updates that were added this week. Something caught my eye, and I'm not sure if he was joking around or not:

-In the process of updating styles of all UI windows
-Improved color/lighting on Tatooine
-Added animation for several pet tricks
-Disconnected time before logout set to 3 minutes unless in a hotel, house or campsite
-Fixed creatures camping incap'd players
-Improved camera collision (shouldn't go through walls as much anymore)
-You can no longer sit, go prone or kneel when you are swimming
-Added Jabba's dias
-Added autologout after idle for 30 minutes
-Daytime is now much longer than nighttime. Sun rises at 6am and sets around 9:30pm

Three minutes to log out? Yikes! Also, something else I noticed, if you're idle for 30 minutes you will automatically log out. I guess we will see if these make final release. To read the whole article, click here!
