City Of Heroes: Navigation Tab's Mission Select Bug

When asked by Orangar about this bug Valdermic, QA Community Liaison, had this to say:

This bug has proven difficult to track down. QA is aware of it but a step by step, 100% of the time, never fail, repeatable process hasn't been found.
