Credit card information that is incorrect cannot be processed, which results in registration failure. In some cases, there may be an issue where the registration system reports this type of failure as not meeting minimum specifications, which is an issue we are currently investigating and attempting to address.
In some cases, credit cards with insufficient funds are being rejected by the system. While we are not charging any actual funds to your credit card, to verify account information a transaction is generated that puts a temporary hold for a small amount. If there are not enough funds in the available balance to register the transaction, the transaction is rejected and you cannot complete the registration process. Please make sure you have at least $1.00 US available on the credit card account you use.
