PARAGON CITY, RI - October 29, 2004 (20:00:00 GMT) - Unconfirmed reports have Paragon City under attack by unknown forces. With a strange, early darkness descending upon the city, calls of "demonic" and "nightmarish" creatures on city streets continue to flood the Paragon City Police Department switchboard.

An emergency meeting of the city and state authorities has been called. Mayor Morales, in a statement issued over the Emergency Broadcast System, urged citizens to remain calm and to stay indoors. "We have not ascertained the exact nature of this threat, but we have mobilized all our emergency resources and they remain at the highest level of preparedness.
