Five years ago, new portals opened from Ispar into Dereth and a wave of adventurers arrived. Since that time we have overcome many challenges and seen our society grow and prosper. In celebration of that day and in honor of the heroes who have found glory and riches, the Council has decreed that fireworks shall be set off at the bronze statues in the cities of Dereth.[/I]
