Answer Orion - To squash your conspiracy. When I say they WILL NOT be appearing all over Dereth, I mean they like that valley. That Valley is their home. The will not leave, nor will those that are like them suddenly decide to take up residence in Northern, Southern or Central Osteth. The like their Valley home.

Question -Redfist- - Is it even possible to get a Crossbow Tatoo from the Bobo quest?

Question Gilian - Anyone considered the devs might be fibbing about the blue kits?
Answer Orion - Okay. I have a few things to say on this.

1) Mountains and Molehills.

Careful how big you let this obsession with the blue kits get.

2) To my detractors I say; Fie!

Verified and reverified that these are in game. You can, if you meet certain requirements, obtain the objects that are necessary.

These ARE in game.
To our knowledge they have NOT been found.

3) Careful what you wish for.

If you try too hard you could hurt yourselves.

4) Blue Kits aren't real.
