Due to the overwhelming response the WoW Beta has received we are experiencing some delays in your subscription status. It has been processed, but may take a little longer to go through to show you as a subscriber. Please do not click the Submit button again, this will cause multiple processes.

If you have been put on a waiting list for key delivery. We are wait listing the keys to load balance our server capacity for the huge download. This way we can deliver keys and have people download right away, otherwise the download would not be available or VERY slow the more people we allow to download. If you have signed up and hit the waiting list page, you will be sent directions to get your key when your group of keys are released. Then you will be able to go download the World of Warcraft client immediately.

DO NOT EMAIL SUPPORT ASKING WHERE YOUR KEY IS. They cannot tell you.
