Asherons Call: Friday's Featured Quest - The Undead Mechanic

It's that time again - time to attack another quest head on, no holds barred, flying by the seat of your amuli...well you get the picture...

So without any further delay, here's is Friday's Featured Quest:

During the Reign of Terror, the citizens of Dereth desparately searched for a means to repel the invading Ancient Olthoi Queen and her swarm of deadly children. When it appeared that hope was lost and the Olthoi would be victorious, an unlikely ally appeared to help repel the invasion. The Undead offered vials of strong poison that were used to contaminate the Olthoi food supply. The Ancient Queen learned of this plot and feared for her children. She retreated back into her cave and was eventually destroyed.

Friend or Foe? Many speculate that Nuhmudria arranged the attempted assasination of Queen Elysa. Perhaps as a means to distract those thoughts, Nuhmudria appeared in public numerous times and claimed to be reasearching a way to destroy the Ancient Olthoi Queen. Eventually she cast a powerful spell that enabled her to join the mind of the Olthoi Queen.

As the Ancient Olthoi Queen retreated in terror, hysterical laughter was heard in the wind. Could this be the voice of Nuhmudria? And will we humans pay the price for the bargain with Undead?
