Final Fantasy: Advent Children Release date

The date has come but will it be dalayed? There are two release dates out for Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children. The first date I found by
1up.com, said it will be out by 02/14/2005. The second date which I found on the official site of Square-Enix.co.jp, said the release date was some time in 2004. The dates are very close but will they be delayed, because of incompletion of the movie?
