Star Wars Galaxies: Another question answered

A member of the community going by the name of [b]CommanderRamius[/b] posted thread about how the dev's have contradicted themselves about player run cities, buildings and PA halls.
He asked:

"At Release, Will we be able to:
Buy and or own a house? (If so, in a sense, isn't that owning territory?)
Build a PA Hall? (If so, in a sense, isn't that building/placing a structure on the map?)

This prompted a response from Holocron: The answer is as simple as "Yes and yes."

Fair enough, eh?
