Greetings, City of Heroes fans! Case, NCSoft Tech Support, posted the following with regards to the frame rate issue involving Windows XPSP2 and NVidia Based video cards. Here's what he had to say:

This issue as orginally posted; XPSP2 + NVIDIA = Loss of FPS, should be resolved. Thank you all for the time you have spent reporting this issue & helping to isolate it & resolve it.
