Asherons Call: The Weekly Fork, Twice!

Hsoj has updated his column. And not only once, but twice! Come along with Hsoj as he looks for approval and avoids a rollback.

After the two pyreals, we went back to see another pyreal had spawned next to the plat. Chuck buffs didn't have enough time for both so I said lets just try the plat. I honestly didn't think we had much of a chance with the plat, but I somehow managed to land all the inepts and even beat Chuck to the bludgeon vuln. I never did any damage, though, Chuck landed the amount of war spells needed, and the plat was dead. I was glad we had tried it, because it was a fun experience. Chuck confessed he had never killed either of them before, and it was my first time for killing a plat with Hsoj...

I checked enough bodies to find my pincer. Before I simply recalled out of the lair, I realized that doing so after no combat at all, simply wouldn't do. I mean, all my buffs and banes would go to waste! I decided to follow the trail back to the top before I left. After taking a step backwards, sure enough, two spawned. Two grew to four, then to five. I was in the room prior to the pincer room, and naturally no one was nearby to draw any away. There was nothing to do but to suck it in and work my way through it, coming close to death several times...
