City Of Heroes: Marvel Sues Over CoH

Marvel Enterprises, Inc. files a lawsuit Wednesday in US District Court against Korean based NCSoft and San Jose based Cyptic Studios. The law suit alleges that players can make heroes too similar to the Marvel gallery of spandex wearing crusaders.

Serious intellectual property arguments could be raised by this suit.
