Asherons Call: Quest Updates: Banderling Camp!

Almost all of those who now inhabit Dereth have violent natures or murky pasts - any with occasion to treat with Nuhmudira or research into our history -- into the story of the Reign of Alfrega, for example -- will realise that our people are not exempt from this. The Banderlings, however, who have harried our people since our arrival upon Dereth, are considered by many to be the most needlessly violent of all the sentient inhabitants of this island -- though some would argue that the mysterious heritage group known only as "The D00dz" should hold the dubious honour of that title.

One particular group of Banderlings seems to have reason to defend their camp more vigorously than most, however, for they are apparently to be in possession of a rather unique fiery artefact. Encamped just outside Edelbar, near Holtburg, this group of Banderling Bandits have remained guarding their charge for so long they have passed into local legend. Investigation of these rumours has showed them to have a factual basis - the Quarterstaff of Fire does indeed exist, and would make a good weapon for any with a modest familiarity with staves. Those in need of such a weapon are encouraged to seek out the Banderling Camp, and perhaps help clear the way for the resettlement of Edelbar...
