City Of Heroes: Oh the humanity! Statesman's a tease!

Issue 3 isn't even out yet. It's not even on the Test Server. But Statesman, in that cryptic teasing way we all love to hate, has been stuck by the bee of giving (or whatever, these things have to sound like they have a point after all) and revealed the names of two future Epic Archetypes!

I'll drop a hint: the name of an upcoming Epic Archetype.
