Asherons Call: Soapbox - I Don't Have Any! So.....

Since the series Soapboxes did so well I thought perhaps I'd start another and open it to the public. This is not to say that you can't send in any Soapbox you want at any time, it's nice to have a break in a series, but let's have some fun.
What I've Learned While Playing Asheron's Call
It sounds simple doesn't it? And I expect to get my fair share of how to crunch numbers, be the ultimate killing machine, how to break an addiction *grins* - and I DO want those. But, I'd also like hear from the people who learned about human nature. That sometimes things are exactly what they seem to be... and sometimes they aren't. Cite examples and let us know why you feel it took AC to teach you this. This could be fun! (And hard).
Please, make them at least 500 words... gives us something to sink our teeth into. Then send them to me, Ophelea. I can't wait!
