City Of Heroes: Level 54 Enhancement Bug

Level 54 Enhancement = Bug

Known Issue = Yes

What's being done about it =
The GM's have collected a few of these from different players. At this time QA has not been able to reproduce this bug. (believe me we've tried, over and over and over)

What can be done =
Here's where you guys can help. Sending a petition about it is good, posting on the boards helps too. But what we really need is the HOW and WHEN. So for there are a couple of different ways player are getting these enhancements but the reports have been vague to say the least.

What you were doing -
a) Mission? If so which one, who was the contact?
b) Repec?
c) Grouped? If so what levels?
d) Sidekicked?
e) Solo?
f) Random Drop? If so from what?
g) Arch Villain Drop?

Providing us with this kind of information will help aid us in tracking down this bug. With the above information the Dev team might be able to pull reward logs and see exactly what's going on and how to fix it.
