City Of Heroes: Global Chat Beta!

City of Heroes already has a pretty decent chat. You can tweak the output it gives you, have multiple windows, multiple tabs in that window, and use it for all sorts of commands. It's a good thing really; it'd be hard to shout that you're about to die if it wasn't there. But the chat was also missing something that many other games had. Well, Global Chat is here, at least in the Test Server where you can try it out and look for bugs. You can talk to people across servers, create your own chat private or public chat channels, assign administrator rights to said channels, and basically pester people without regards to zone or server.
