Lineage 2: Poll: What do you do when you see a noob player?

Whew, have I been slack! I'm sorry for not getting a new poll up for the past few weeks. Lots have been happening, and I wasn't able to get a new one up. This weeks poll is brought to us by DeathFlower! As the title suggests, what do you do when you see a noob [New to the game] player?

Do you assist them and help them understand the game better? Give them things they need to succeed? Or do you completely ignore them, and let them figure things out by themselves?
