City Of Heroes: Screenshot Photography Contest (Champion)

Safe Harbor SG's First Annual Screenshot Photography Contest

The Safe Harbor supergroup on the Champion server is hosting its first (in what is hopefully many) annual screenshot photography contest. The contest is open to players on all servers, but due to game mechanics, prizes can only be awarded to characters on the Champion server. The categories and prizes are as follows:

Best Landscape Shot (100k inf winner, 50k inf runner up): Release your inner Ansel Adams. Give us some great images from the vast landscapes of Paragon City.

Best Action Shot (100k inf winner, 50k inf runner up): Paragon City is home to may epic battles. Show us yours. They can be teams or solo. Safe Harbor is not responsible for debt incurred while obtaining your screenshot.

Best Villain/Monster Shot (100k inf winner, 50k inf runner up): Show us the sensitive side of the seedy underworld of Paragon City. See the Adamastor out walking its puppy? Doctor Vazhilok at the local store buying Band-Aids? (disclaimer: You will not see any of this in City of Heroes, it is purely there for humor). What we want to see are great screenshots of the villainy that keep us coming back to City of Heroes.

Best Hero Shot (100k inf winner, 50k inf runner up): We've got some great heroes running amok through Paragon City. Let's see some screenshots of what makes them so great. Rescuing old ladies from trees, helping kittens across the street and the like.

Best Humor/Comedy Shot (100k inf winner, 50k inf runner up): This is the one category where captions are required. Show us the funny! We're all here for fun, are we not? Let's see some of that fun in this category.

Finally, one image (could be selected from any of the categories) will be selected as the Best in Show (500k inf prize). This image will be the one the judges feel best presents the spirit of City of Heroes.

How to enter:

Post a link to your screenshots to the appropriate folder on the Safe Harbor Supergroup website forums on Guildportal - http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?ForumID=105067&GuildID=19023&TabID=171313 . Only one entry per player per category, please.

Keep it clean. We have children that play this game, and we don't wish to expose them to vulgarities.

All entries must be posted to the Safe Harbor site by noon est, on Friday, December 17th. The winners will be announced the following Wednesday, the 22nd of December.

Please include your in-game name with your post so that we can correctly identify the winners.
