Star Wars Galaxies: Weekly Wednesday Beta Update #32 - Almost Ready!

Q-3P0 posted his weekly update on the Beta 3 situation and this week focused on the big question on everyone's mind: When is Beta 3 going to start? Here is a small snippet from his posting this week:

So what does our "Get to Beta 3" list look like? Well currently it has 104 items on it, most of which are marked "done" or "in QA". It includes things like:

Newbie Tutorial - Functional and first pass polish complete

All professions playable and fun

All Factional recruiters placed

Spawning tables complete for all Beta 3 planets

Combat polish - balance move costs, combat pace, defense skill mods

Armor balance

Bounty Hunter missions

Game mail you with what you should do after the newbie tutorial

Poison creatures and poison

Newbie starting equipment

NPC wandering in cities

That is just a small sampling and I think many of them are working already.
