Star Wars Galaxies: All 9 planets to be tested?

Board member Wilinky today asked if all 9 planets would be tested by beta testers. Q-3P0 informed us that not all 9 planets will be tested, as they want to hold back some of the game for release. They always planned to do this, the the internal testers are testing the planets the external beta testers don't see. Q-3P0 also told us more than 3 planets will be tested.
