You say, "How or where did you come up with Kindred Souls of Ispar?"
Mistress-of-Dkness says, "Well I gave the option to the followers under me to come up with some names, and we posted and did a poll to select something that best suited us." I forgot to add one thing that I'd like to have recognized please. And that's Bylahi Cembrique is the actual follower that came up with the name that went into the poll and that's what we ended up selecting so I'd like for her to receive the proper acknowledgement.

Mistress-of-Dkness says, "No there's not we're a kind group of people and I mainly wanted to focus on what our family really stands for and we are a family not a guild. :)"

Mistress-of-Dkness says, "Sure! Neal, Bone Down (Keene), Hio-Dontidae, Sarlong but we recently had an elder that retired from AC and that was Marlboro Mage who will be dearly missed he's been in AC since Beta. MM maybe gone from AC but will never be forgotten!"

You say, "Do you and/or your allegiance hold any weekly quests? If so, when and which ones?"
Mistress-of-Dkness says, "We don't do anything weekly and or like per schedule we pretty spontaneous for the most part and just get up and go, lol!"

You say, "Do you have any times you set aside for your family to focus on assisting the lower level members?"
Mistress-of-Dkness says, "I have two chars that are level 126 Mistress-of-Dkness here and then my original first character Ldy-Savannah, my main purpose in making Mistress the Monarch is because she's a mage and is able to assist more of the re-rolls and or low levels in the family."

Mistress-of-Dkness says, "It's something we do pretty frequently, if someone is level 50 and wants to hit VOD we go :)"

You say, "What makes the Kindred souls of Ispar different from other allegiances?"
Mistress-of-Dkness says, "It's not just an allegiance it's a 2nd family to me, I make it my job to get to know the people that are here. I don't need and or want a large "guild" I want us all to be friends, to have fun and to enjoy the time that we all have to log in and play AC."

Mistress-of-Dkness says, "Genya that's not me, lol I've seen many posts of people looking for a new family on the VN Boards and I never post on those threads. I don't think we need to recruit if someone is looking for a laid back cool group of mature people to have fun with and not get lost in the numbers then my family is something that should be considered. I am very biased"

How long have you been in AC?
A. Since Closed Beta.

Is this the first MMPORG you have ever played?
A. Yes it was the first i played, i was so excited!

What brought you into Dereth?
A. My exbf got me into the beta

Which allegiance are you currently in?
A. William the Bat.

What made you choose that allegiance?
A. All the cool and giving people, they even have a bot to share items!

DO you have a favorite quest? If so, why is that your favorite?
A. Els. Favor Quest! Seems silly, but it is a wonderful quest with great lore and i enjoy it!

Anything you would change about that quest?
A. Better Rings maybe, maybe major majors on them!

Do you have a special hunting spot?
A. Sure do!

Care to share its location and why?
A. Northern Plains on ML, i use to be there for 3 hours a day!

What is one of your earliest memories of AC?
A. Well, magic just came out, and i was in yanshi, i made a mage, and couldn't figure it out, so i used a sword for a while and killed bunnies all day!

What is one of the funniest memories of Dereth you recall?
A. When the subway was raided by a certain Figure head!

If you could pick one person who has left a lasting impression on you during your time in dereth, who would it be and why?
A: Thats a hard one, there is many. Jubblies and Askani. Askani is a wonderful person who is so kind, Jubblies is hardcore and dedicated to the game!

When hunting, do you prefer to hunt for xp or loot?
A: I have for both those reasons, if I wanna lvl I hunt only for xp, otherwise I loot

Do you have a favorite beast in dereth? If so, why is it your fave?
A: Easy! It is a white bunny! Cause it is cute, but naughty like me!

If you could have any one beast removed from Dereth which would it be and why?
A: Olthoi from VOD, cause they can hit me hard.

If you could make one change to Dereth what would it be and why?
A:Get rid of leadership and loyality, I want full passup of xp always, with the upcoming expansion, we need to make it easier for those who are a casual player to lvl.

If you could have one item past or present what would it be and why?
A: My first Villa, i miss it. I sold it for ppgsa LOL

And in closing, What keeps you returning to AC day after day?
A: New items, and friends, some people really seem to care about you and how you feel, to me thats very important.!

In the darkest depths of Marescent Plateau on far Marae Lassel, the party of the bold Egam Signeg has slain the young queen of the island's Olthoi brood! As one, the Olthoi swarms recoil from her final burst of terror, and slowly begin to withdraw back into their hives.

AC Dinner from last weeks article was ah uge success. Here is the Recap as I received it. Recap of last night:

We had a total of 19 people (plus a baby, future gamer).

Attendees included: Elaida, her husband, their baby, and her husband's sister, Dragon Heart, Dragon Te, William the Bat, Rizgar, Tiamay, Xanzo, Stuart, Gaithwain, Gouru, Robinne, Cob O Corn, Nayisa Kaoru, Cavid, Uncle Albert, Maus and myself!

It was pretty busy due to the holiday season, but we got seated by 7:30. All those I got to talk to said they had a good time. An unusual side-activity occurred, of some sneaky person telling the restaurant that my birthday was the day before. This resulted in me wearing a sombrero while they sang happy birthday, as I turned about as red as my dress!

Overall, it was a fun night and a good turn-out. I hope to see everyone who attended back again in 2 months!

Bizzarre and I are leaders of a very small clan.... BUT we always invite all to join us on our quests We run BoBo on a steady night.. Fridays but the time verries b/c I change it to what our friends need it at. Usually at 7:30PM Central time. It changes though.

We always have and always will welcome all to join us.....

I do all pincers & most of the tusks when my timmer is up as well but My main 3 toons are Darkana, Dark Enigma, and Candy-Lee. Bizzarre's main is Bizzarre and he is sometimes on as Wittle Bizz.

Any one is free to /t us IG at any time... we are usually doing some kind of quest or we are waiting for a friend to log in and suggest a quest.

We are in college from Monday to Thursday til Dec. 15th then we will be off for almost a month. Therefore we are not IG too much til Fridays to Sundays but will be back full force when out of school.

I plan on running QQ in a couple of weeks.. I will post the date and time when it gets closer to it.

Every Monday evening Ms C holds a get together with the Dereth Touring Society. There is no time specified, so contact her for information on the event for the week!

Every Monday evening Merryjuanita will be having "Noob Night". This is for people with lower level toons to go out and do a quest or maybe a fellow hunt, whatever comes to mind. I put this on Mondays to coincide with the Dereth Touring Society event so that if I am pressed for time "Noob Night" can at least consist of hanging out with the Touring Society. Contact Merryjuanita for this unless it is Monday, then I will be on a lower level toon, will try to keep you posted on what toon I am on each week.

New Rules For Employment

SICKNESS AND RELATED LEAVE: We will no longer accept a doctor statement as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.

SURGERY: Operations are now banned. As long as you are an employee here, you need all your organs. You should not consider removing anything. We hired you intact. To have something removed constitutes a breach of employment.

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE: This is no excuse for missing work. There is nothing you can do for dead friends, Relatives or coworkers. Every effort should be made to have non-employees attend to the arrangements. In rare cases, where employee involvement is necessary, the funeral should be scheduled in the late afternoon. We will be glad to allow you to work through your lunch hour and subsequently leave one hour early, provided your share of the work is done enough.

YOUR OWN DEATH: This will be accepted as an excuse. However, we require at least two weeks notice as it is your duty to train your own replacement.

RESTROOM USE: Entirely too much time is being spent in the restroom. In the future, we will follow the practice of going in alphabetical order. For instance, all employees whose names begin with ''''A'''' will go from 8:00 to 8:10, employees whose names begin with ''''B'''' will go from 8:10 to 8:20 and so on. If you''''re unable to go at your allotted time, it will be necessary to wait until the next day when your turn comes again. In extreme emergencies employees may swap their time with a coworker. Both employees'''' supervisors in writing must approve this exchange. In addition, there is now a strict 3-minute time limit in the stalls.
