City Of Heroes: Issue 3 Teaser Video

Guess what time it is, true believers! It's time for a sneak peek at Issue Three with a video. You've got your Kheldians, your Epic Power Pools, you're new Zone, you're new villains, and all sorts of other cool (if not quite as big and drastic) changes and features. Issue Three also marks when Cryptic Studios begins advancing the story line of the City of Heroes Universe. How are they doing that? Well... rumours abound about a pair of new Taskforces and some nefarious plot that the Council (and many of the other villainous groups) are plotting on their island base. It just might be...
