Episode 12 Lineage CDs

We're getting closer to the release of Episode 12: Aden and once again it's time for current customers to opt-in to receive an episode CD.

Please note: Episode 12 CDs are for reinstallation purposes only and will not arrive by the episode launch day. All Episode 12 content will be downloaded to current users prior to the publish day, allowing for a speedier release to the North American servers. We will continue to ship the episode CDs free of charge with no shipping costs, but we do require that customers opt-in for this service.

To do so, please complete the following five steps:

1. Log in to the Account Management section of the website using your account name and password.
2. Click the link marked "Update Addresses and Contact Info"
3. Check the box marked "Please send me updates on CD"
4. Confirm that the address listed in the shipping section is your correct shipping address.
5. Click the "Update" button.

Please note: You MUST complete these steps to receive your CD, even if you received CDs for previous episodes. CD opt-ins and address updates must be completed prior to Wednesday, February 12th, to ensure delivery.
