The historic launch of World of Warcraft was a wonderful and joyous occasion for everyone at Blizzard Entertainment. To celebrate the launch, the entire staff at Irvine gathered outside the offices today to join in a champagne toast of the event. It was a time to congratulate the team, read aloud some of the generous reviews we've received, and have some fun. We'd like to share some pictures of this afternoon's celebration -- and the raucous aftermath that followed -- and say thanks as well to all the players who have helped make the game's launch in North America, Australia, and New Zealand so successful.
