Lineage 2: Chronicle II Naming Contest Winner!

After much deliberation, the judges from Lineage II WarCry and NCSoft have chosen the winner of the Collector's Item Naming Contest. We received almost 200 submissions, with a variety of stories and explanations to make the case. The winner was chosen based on the sound of the name, how well it meshed into the Lineage II world, and the quality of the story/explanation behind the name.

Without further ado, we are pleased to announce that the Chronicle 2 Collector's Item will be dubbed the "Chrono Unitus." We received a lot of interesting submissions, but we thought the sound of the name and the creativity of the story made "Unitus" the best choice.

After selecting the winner, we got to musing about how it might sound with the "Chrono" prefix in front of it, and we felt it rolled off the tongue quite nicely!

The name will be updated soon, for all versions of the item across all servers. So congratulations to "Silo" on submitting the winning entry, and thanks to everyone who took the time to participate!
