Greetings, City of Heroes fans! CuppaJo, CoH Online Community Rep, posted this little tidbit for those who access the test server...

Tuesday, December 21st, the CoH team will be giving every character on the Test Server (every character in your character slots) a free respec. No mission. No trial. No level requirement. It WILL stack if you already have a respec.

Transfer your characters today so that they can receive the free respec tomorrow.
