City Of Heroes: Respec Goes Mobile

When the free respec hit test, heroes crammed into tight spaces to speak to the respec NPC. Outcry was sudden and great, as is the response.

FYI - You can respc now using the /respec command from anywhere.

Also, If you are having issues respecing your Kheldian, log your level 50 char in first, then try again.
