If you were experiencing the issue, please try again to reactivate your account using our account-management pages. Should you encounter any further difficulty, please contact our billing department at the phone number or email address listed in the account-management section.

There was also another issue in which some players received an error message when attempting to enter a valid game-card number while setting up their billing options. This problem has also been resolved. Blizzard had this to say...


The accounts for these players have been activated with the entered game card, and these players should be able to log in and play World of Warcraft. If you experienced the error when entering your game-card number and still can't access the game, please contact our billing department at the phone number or email address listed in the account-management section for further assistance.
