Guild Wars: New Staff Additions

In order to better serve the community, two of our existing staff members have recently been promoted to fill some empty roles in this site's staff. Ionia will be taking over the Community Manager position, and Orangemouse will be taking the job of Content Manager. To fill their shoes I am opening up two positions for hiring, a forum moderator and a columnist.
