All Servers:

- Fixes a problem with the delay of Elven spell 'Nature's Touch'
- Corrects Isvall's schedule for the Forgotten Island boat
- Relocates weapon/armor enchanters inside Kent Castle
- Players may no longer bring pets/summons on the boat to Forgotten Island
- Enables the level 45 prince quest and the Alliance system

Lands of Aden Only:

- Prices of low quality gemstones raised to match prices on other servers
- Adjusted various drop rates - including gem drops
