Star Wars Galaxies: Crash to Desktop Issues 1/5

In yesterday's Crash-to-Desktop thread, many players reported crashing to desktop when traveling from planet to planet by using the Jump to Lightspeed travel terminals.

Your feedback on this issue would be very helpful.

If you are crashing to desktop because you are traveling from planet to planet via the JtL terminals, then we would love to get some more information from you if you have it:

What server did the crash happen on?
What planet did you start on?
What planet were you going to?
What kind of ship where you flying?
Was it a multiplayer ship?
Were you grouped with another player?
If you are regularly crashing and you have stopped some of the crashing by disabling file caching or you are traveling from planet to planet via the JtL terminals, it would be helpful if we could have a representative contact you directly.

If you are experiencing one of these two types of situations, then send me a PM titled, "Please help me with CtD" and I will get back to you as soon as I am able.
