Guild Wars: Beta Weekend Event Concludes

Fans got to see many great new things this weekend including a fantistic new user interface, but all good things have to come to an end some time. Late last night, midnight pst to be exact. The weekend beta event came to an end. Despite a horde of fans begging to be killed like previous beta weekends, ArenaNet employees Gaile Gray and John Zipperer instead decided to hijack the characters and do some stunts to end of the last few minutes of the weekend. Also, Ms. Gray was able to confirm that we would see a Feb. beta weekend despite Fileplanets announcing that the Januarary one would be the last. Ms. Gray also commented on release dates only to confirm that we would see an early 2005 release, please note the correction from the previous mistakenly stated Q1 2005.
