City Of Heroes: Winter Respec Goes Live

When it becomes winter, all the animals in the world change. Bears get fat and hibernate, birds fly south, people yank out their shovels, salt, and snow tires, and escaped gerbils hope they can survive the cold (man, I still miss my gerbils). So what do Heroes do? They get a Respec to change their powers. The Winter Respec has been granted to all heroes of any AT, power set, gender, model size, or copyrighted name.
