Asherons Call: Latest Server Downtime Updates (Revisited)

Ibn's made the following updates on the Official Announcement forum:

Good news, everyone! We believe we've pinned down the last cause of the issues and are building a new version of the server right now. Once it's done we'll test it, if it passes test it will be sent over to NetOps to prop. We believe we know why we missed this bug previously and how to confirm that it's squashed in the latest build.

The new server has finished building and is undergoing testing.

We're continuing to test the new server build.

The new build has passed internal testing, we're propping it to the game servers now. We're going to bring Frostfell up for admin testing, and if it passes we'll open it up to players and bring the other worlds up.

Assuming we pass the tests, we should be back up by 9PM PST at the latest.
