Ibn has also requested that, should any Frostfell players continue to experience the disconnect problem, they should reply directly to this thread.

UPDATE: Ibn's just posted this followup:

We've had no further reports of the billing boot error, although we appear to be experiencing an additional unrelated issue with the billing server. Players are unable to log in to Turbine Billing and are receiving invalid password errors.

Once we have resolved this last issue we will bring all worlds back up.
